my husband can't stand him.

 

but only because i might have a bit of a crush on him.

(hun, you have nothing to worry about. if i ever actually met him, i hear he's a solid foot shorter than me. ok that's not true. but he is only 5'5" which means, in heels, that's simply an uncomfortable height difference. and you know i love my heels!)

 

so back to bruno...

i went to see him in concert and, of course, had a blast!

and while i do think he is a beautiful man, i wasn't sure there would be anything too inspirational to blog about.  until he came out for the encore songs...and instead of jumping back on stage front and center, he popped up on the drums!

first.

 happy birthday to my husband! the greatest, sweetest, sexiest, funniest, most stylish guy i know.

 

yes, yes, he's appeared on my blogareedoo 2.5 times so far: here, here and 1/2 here.

 

but.

he's awesome and inspires me with his outfits on a daily basis.

perhaps i should start a blog dedicated to him? (ew, ew, i know. sooo cheesy. blech.)

 

anyway. today is his birthday: wish him happy day!

the other day, i went to a titanic party. (yes, titanic. great theme and even better party!)

while there, i met JD.

and today - TODAY - he's doing something big.

a bit south of seattle, in tacoma, he's opening a menswear mercantile: he's curated a collection of phenomenal pieces, from designer to vintage and, starting today at 10am, the store opens for you.

on the way to nyc, the hubby leaned over and asked, "how would you feel if i started wearing heels?" 

whoa.

i think he was joking. (i think.)

i told him i wouldn't like it so much and that was that. the conversation likely moved on to other, equally random musings from my guy. (questions that are really only posed when on a 6-hour journey thousands of feet in the air with a man yet unable to fall asleep.)

fast forward to people watching in times square.

ok, so i'm still not jumping on board, immediately, if the husband decides heels are his new thing. (i still think he was joking!) but THIS guy was WORK.ING.IT!

of mine.

i dream that for one day (a week? a month? a year?) everyone in seattle would get all done up for absolutely no reason whatsoever. and we spend the whole day looking fly.

meet KYLE. here's a couple things you should know about him.

1. he's a budding fashion designer with an eye for photography.

2. he designed that hat he's wearing. (yes, he has some for sale too!)

3. the best part about his outfit is his shoes: he took the bottoms off a NIKE LUNAR sneaker and attached them to the top of a SPERRY TOPSIDER.  

and wore them. 

correction: rocks them often.

oh yeah. TRISTAN and KYLE are best buds. too much style between them!

TRISTAN is back and he's power clashing patterns like nobody's business. and look how the bow-tie matches the shoes. i love a man who knows how to accessorize!

i have to admit, i have no idea how he walked into this party: i was too busy looking at his feet·his shoes!

how perfect that as i scanned up, the rest of his outfit was just as hot!
